Grand Canyon National Park - Arizona

Grand Canyon National Park is clearly one of the crown jewels of the National Park System.  This massive canyon — 277 serpentine miles long, as much as 18 miles wide, and nearly a mile deep — is not only a national park, but a World Heritage Site as well, signifying its international importance.  Grand Canyon is an open book of geologic history that dates back nearly two billion years.  We recommend and describe six hikes that will allow you to deeply appreciate this park.
